For B.K.Exports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe every transaction must result in a pleasant, convenient and successful shopping experience. If it is not, we are happy to offer a refund on the return of any item within 7 days of the shipment date. To streamline your return, we ask that you please note the following: -
1.You must first obtain a valid Return Authorization Number before returning your merchandise, please send your return request to bkexports51@gmail.com
2.The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials. New and unused means that there is no damage or marks on the item. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
3.The Products must be free from scratches, marks, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. Purchases that meet all criteria will be refunded in to the original form of payment, excluding/after deducting ; restocking fees ,shipping, handling, and any additional insurance charges ,Gift Packing Charges and import duties here in INDIA .
4.Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable and reputed carrier. Additionally, Original Invoice ,all tags and packaging must be included.
A minimum 25 % restocking fee will apply on all products return.
Items marked as "Closeout", Special offer Or Discounted Offers are not returnable.
Any special orders or customize orders goods can not be return back.
A return may void a multiple purchase discount.
We give our customers three days inspection period, so you must notify us within three days of receiving the package about the return either by email on bkexports51@gmail.com or call us on 0091-141-2310469 or +919828065980 or by Fax on 0091-141-2324267 .
We will not refund any shipment if you notify us after three days of receiving the shipment. These three days will be calculated as we receive the confirmation from FedEx/Speed Post/USPS/UPS or Airline about delivery. No returns will be valid if you notify us after three days of receiving the goods
All shipping costs, VAT, duties and return costs are sole responsibility of customer and that will not be refunded at all.
If you request our assistance in selecting a style or color, please understand that we can only make suggestions and cannot guarantee that these suggestions will work for you. We cannot waive the re-stocking fee on returns, so please make sure that what you order is what you want.
No refunds will be made if we do not receive the return shipment within 7 days of shipment which will be calculated from the date of shipment we sent.
*Please note*: The above limitations do not apply if the shipment is not what you ordered or is defective.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as shipped.. Please include the invoice, and the reason for the return. However please note that this return policy does not apply on following goods : Silver Beads & Findings all categories as shown in Bali Silver Beads, All Articles as shown in Gold Beads and findings, and all categories as shown in Silver and Gold Jewelry, Pave Diamond Beads& Findings,Rose Cut Diamond Beads and all categories of Diamond Jewelery. So we shall not refund any amount on the goods purchase in above mentioned sections, as there is no return policy applicable on the above goods.
How do I return items I am not satisfied with?
Pack the items in a sturdy cardboard box or a FedEx padded envelop or box/USPS and mail it back to us, with a traceable shipping service only (FedEx/USPS) and should be insured.
All returns must be received within 7 days of the invoice date.

Normally, our goods can be just returned in the same packet it arrived in, however this return policy does not apply to wholesale orders above 1000 USD and above.
Please note that some of our products are hand Made like Bali silver beads, Findings, Gold Beads, findings and some of semi precious stones, so the sizes, weights may differ ( They May be larger or smaller , weigh more or less being hand made ) then shown on the web site and goods can not be returned back to us due to these reasons and hence return policy does not apply on these grounds.
